Basic Mediation Certification

Service Description

This in-person workshop includes a comprehensive training program focused on the fundamental skills needed to be a successful mediator. This course requires 16 hours in the classroom and 8 hours of self-study in preparation for the in-person portion. This course fulfills DRPA requirements. Upon completion, you are eligible to volunteer or work as a certified mediator. Attendance at all sessions is MANDATORY for certification. A Certificate of Completion will be provided to participants.
